1. General

This website is operated by Nidorah. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

Our base prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). Depending on your country, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency (for example, US dollars in the United States). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped across borders, any customs duties or import taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility. We do our best to make descriptions and photos accurate, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur. The price charged is the price shown at the time of your order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, an item being out of stock or suspected fraud; in that case, you'll be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card information.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Product use

Use our products according to the instructions provided. Lamps must never be immersed in water.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nidorah cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
