How do I choose between the two new lamps?
The Ripple lamp is a raised table lamp with touch control. The Ocean lamp is a projector with 16 colours and a Bluetooth speaker. Check the variants and details on each product page.
Are the lamps water-resistant?
Do not assume a lamp is waterproof. A water-resistance rating is not confirmed for the new models: keep them in a dry location away from splashes.
Can I order more than one?
Yes, just choose the quantity before adding to cart. The contents of one unit depend on the selected variant; pairs are explicitly identified.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, and shipping is free. Products shipped from our US warehouse (shown on the product page) arrive in about 4–7 business days anywhere in the US. Other products: 1–3 business days of preparation, then about 7–15 business days to the US and Canada, and 10–20 business days elsewhere. Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties on delivery.
How do I request a return?
Our Returns page provides 30 days after receipt to request a return. Contact us before sending anything; conditions and fees are detailed on that page.
How do I track or change my order?
