Free shipping on every order
All orders ship for free, in the United States, Canada and internationally.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order.
- Products shipped from our US warehouse (shown on the product page): about 4 to 7 business days anywhere in the United States.
- Other products, United States and Canada: about 7 to 15 business days after shipping.
- Other countries: about 10 to 20 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.
Delivery may take a little longer during the holiday season. To receive your order before Christmas, order as early as possible.
Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped across borders, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the package arrives. These fees are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it on our Track your order page.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can only correct it if the package hasn't shipped yet.
