How to request a refund

• Please contact us before sending anything back: packages returned without a request can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

Defective or damaged items

Did your item arrive broken or not working? Email us within 30 days with a photo or a short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
